Air Fryer Hasselback Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 potatoes
  • Olive oil, as needed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley leaves or any herbs your choice
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Depending on your preference, either peel the potatoes or leave the skins on. If using large potatoes, cut them in half.
  2. Places chopsticks to slices the potatoes.
  3. Gently spray the potatoes with olive oil, black pepper, salt and parsley leaves
  4. Baked them in the air fryer to 180C/350F. After they've cooked for 15 minutes, brush them again with oil and continue to cook for another 15 minutes or until or until they are cooked through.
  5. Served them warm and sprinkle with more parsley, salt and pepper (if desired).
