Air Fryer Hasselback Potatoes

INGREDIENTS- 4 potatoes
- Olive oil, as needed
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley leaves or any herbs your choice
- Depending on your preference, either peel the potatoes or leave the skins on. If using large potatoes, cut them in half.
- Places chopsticks to slices the potatoes.
- Gently spray the potatoes with olive oil, black pepper, salt and parsley leaves
- Baked them in the air fryer to 180C/350F. After they've cooked for 15 minutes, brush them again with oil and continue to cook for another 15 minutes or until or until they are cooked through.
- Served them warm and sprinkle with more parsley, salt and pepper (if desired).
